Omega means great, but we’re also humble

“Omega” is the Greek word for “great,” and while we don’t run around describing ourselves that way there is a reason why we consider ourselves great at what we do: we’re always looking to get better.

We’re fond of saying that at every property and at every job, our teams thrive on communicating well and often so we can stop most problems before they start.

Likewise, our faith in the value of open communication extends to you, too: If we’re not meeting your expectations, we want to know. As a matter of course we routinely re-train our employees, review their performance, and inspect their job sites. But if there’s a problem, we redouble our efforts to solve it.

Training, performance review, inspections, communication. It’s a tireless process for us but it’s how we maintain our reputation after more than 30 years in the business. It might sound corny, but it’s one thing to pick up a vacuum and quite another to live in one. You’ll never catch us doing the latter.
